Anxiety takes a tremendous toll on your body, your mind, and every area of your life. The thing is, you can calm anxiety symptoms pretty quickly if you just know what to do. My goal is for you to have simple skills that put you back in control of anxiety in 2-4 sessions.
Break cycles of what-if thinking & tearing yourself down
Negative thought patterns and being hard on yourself hold you back and keep you stuck. I’ll work with you to break negative thought patterns and gain new ways of thinking that quiet your inner critic and the constant hum of anxiety in your mind within 4-8 sessions.
Heal the root cause of anxiety
I want you to leave therapy not just managing your symptoms, but completely healed from the root cause of those symptoms. This process takes most people between 12-24 sessions to come to a resolution so that they can move on from therapy.
