I’ve been a mental health professional for more than 20 years, helping people work through their greatest life challenges so they can find freedom to move forward from what's holding them back.
Over the years, I've come to understand through both personal and professional experience that every problem comes with an opportunity.
The hardest things that happen are usually the very things that leave you stronger, wiser, and more compassionate if you have the support you need to work through them in a way that leads to healing.

Step 1: Schedule a Free Consultation
Therapy is a relationship more than it's a transaction, and it's important to choose a therapist you feel you can connect with and trust. For this reason, I offer a free 20 minute phone consultation so that we can determine if we're a good fit for working together. If for any reason we're not, I'll do my best to connect you with another therapist.
Step 2: Partner Together
We'll meet for an initial session where I'll learn a little more about your history and goals, and then we'll decide on weekly or biweekly sessions to partner together on an individualized treatment plan we create to meet your goals.
Step 3: Experience Change
The reason you start therapy is to create change in your life, and I'm 100% committed to making this process a success for you. From our first few sessions, I help you identify skills and strategies that work for you right away so that you experience immediate relief.
