Imposter syndrome lives in your nervous system, activating your fight or flight response, keeping you in a constant state of high alert that can feel out of control and impossible to stop. Understanding what causes imposter syndrome gives us a roadmap to heal it at a deep level and resolve it for good.
Healing from imposter syndrome frees you up to function and succeed at the level you’re truly capable of, with more peace and confidence in the present, and less turmoil and anxiety over the future.

Take control of anxiety, panic, and catastrophizing
One of the first things I help clients do when they come to me with imposter syndrome is to get back in conrol of the intense anxiety they're experiencing. This is the first step, and the foundation, of healing imposter syndrome for good.
Rewrite the negative story in your mind
Imposter syndrome usually revolves around a story in your mind that needs to be rewritten to reflect a balanced truth. We'll go step by step to identify and resolve the negative beliefs underlying imposter syndrome that keep you in a vicious cycle of overwhelm.
Go beyond just coping to healing at a deep level
Imposter syndrome is deeply ingrained, and usually has a root cause. Sometimes it's obvious, and sometimes we uncover it through our work together. Once we identify and resolve what's causing your imposter syndrome, it feels more neutral, without distress.
