Hi, I'm Celia...  

I’ve been a mental health professional for 20 years, helping people work through their greatest life challenges so that they can find freedom to move forward from what’s holding them back. 
 
Over the years, I've come to understand through both personal and professional experience that every problem comes with an opportunity. 
 
The hardest things that happen are usually the very things that leave you stronger, wiser, and more compassionate if you have the support you need to work through them in a way that leads to healing.
 
I help people heal their pain, and in the process transform it into strength, resilience, and hope.

Once you know how to manage your symptoms and you feel relief and greater hope, then you’re ready to understand and heal the underlying causes of those symptoms. When you know what’s causing you to feel anxious, overwhelmed, or hopeless, then it becomes clear what things you can do to break free from these feelings. 
 
I want you to leave therapy not just managing your symptoms, but completely healed of what’s causing those symptoms so that you can have a healthier mind and happier life, for the rest of your life. This process takes most people between 12-24 sessions to work through completely and come to a resolution so that they can move on from therapy.
